What I believe this to mean is that if you do good things don't do anything bad then your overall good fortune will look brighter and as a result your hopes and dreams will come true.Karma rewards the good who work hard for what they want and punishes those who have bad intent. The road is long to achieve your dream but it doesn't matter how you get to your destination, what does matter is how live before, currently, and most importantly in the future. You will determine your life in the end but know that karma will judge you for your bad actions and smile upon you for your actions.
