What this means to me is that if you do practice and train there is no doubt you will become better at what you practice. You need to be naturally gifted at something to be good at it you can also try and become better. To become the best train until you are the best. Skills are honed through practice and you cannot become better by not trying. The reward for practicing is what you expect to become better and slowly become the greatest at what you do.
