What I believe this to mean is that someone who has enthusiasm will do better than a person who lacks in enthusiasm. Having enthusiasm will allow you to do better and fell better. Enthusiasm can help achieve great things. If you don't fell enthusiastic you won't do as good. Enthusiasm can be the greatest thing to build good character it will allow you to get work finished. You work better when you fell motivated so have enthusiasm.
