"A good name is rather to be choosen than great riches."

Proverb 22:1

What this means to me is that a good name is more valuable than money. Money is easily gotten but a good name takes great effort to get. A good name is what people think of you as. A good name can achieve so much in your life and it can tell a story of who people see you as. With money the name you can get is rich but that name isn't good or bad. A good name out wieghs the benifits of having riches. People would rather be known as a great person than a rich person. By earning a good name in the process you can become rich. Having the name of the best worker you may get a raise and get more money and a good name. Just being rich doesn't make you as happy as having a good name that gets you respect for being a good person.
